Trial Period

A 7-day trial is available to test the software functionality before purchase.

One-Time Purchase

All purchases are final after the trial period unless there is a proven technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 14 days of reporting.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of software deployment and licensing, we do not offer refunds once the product is installed on your server/domain.

Exceptions

In rare cases (e.g. critical failure that prevents core functionality and cannot be fixed within 14 days), partial refunds may be considered.
