License of Use

HostPay is licensed to clients who purchase the software for their own use. Redistribution or resale without written consent is prohibited.

Service Model

HostPay is a self-hosted software that enables property hosts to manage bookings, send receipts, and collect payments via Stripe, Cashfree, or offline modes.

Payment Gateways

All online payments are processed directly via the host’s own payment gateway accounts. HostPay does not process or hold any payments.

User Data

Hosts are responsible for their own data. We provide optional data backup guidance but do not take liability for data loss on their server.

Support

Basic support is included for the first 30 days after purchase. Annual support/updates are offered based on the selected pricing plan.

Liability

VRBIZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for disputes between the host and their guests, or any misuse of the software.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access or refuse service for any abuse or illegal use of the platform.
